FREE GROUND SHIPPING:
We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states, with a standard shipping time of 7-14 days. Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via ground transport at no additional cost. This includes standard delivery service without the use of a forklift.
If you require forklift services, please feel free to reach out to us. We will provide you with a personalized quote for forklift services, estimated in the range of $400 to $600. Our commitment is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process for you, and we look forward to offering professional and attentive service.

ORDERS:
Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day.
Series orders ship via LTL within 4 business days (M–F). Tracking info will update once your order is picked up.
We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out.
Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.
Orders will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses.
Orders made after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
If you fail to select a delivery time slot offered by the shipping company/driver, and the package is returned to Creworks, you will be charged an additional 10% fee to make a second delivery (time slot selection may not apply to all deliveries).

Creworks utilizes warehouses located in Anaheim and Ontario, CA; Memphis, TN; Dayton, NJ and Rincon, GA. We ship products from the closest location to the delivery address UNLESS the closer warehouse is out of stock for the specific products. Your kind consideration is appreciated.
